Our Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase and are not redeemable after this time. They are not redeemable for cash under any circumstance, non-refundable and non-transferable to third party. They must be presented at time of treatment to be valid- we are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers. Please note, all treatments are subject to suitability following a personalised consultation. Gift Certificates can be purchased in the clinic or via phone and mailed to you. Gift voucher recipients who for any reason cancel their treatment within 48hrs of their appointment time, will forfeit $50 of their gift voucher amount.
