Welcome to Face Forme. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.faceforme.com.au) and any cosmetic or skin treatment services provided by Face Forme Pty Ltd. By accessing our website or booking services with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Website Use
Our website is intended for individuals aged 18 years and over. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to access and use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not disrupt or damage the site or its security.
The content on this website is provided for general information and educational purposes only. While Face Forme endeavours to keep the information up to date and accurate, content is subject to change at any time without notice.
Face Forme, including its directors, staff, and third-party contributors, makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. Use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information accessed through this website meet your specific needs or expectations.

2. Bookings and Treatments
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. To ensure your safety, we require accurate personal and medical history to be provided at the time of booking and consultation. Face Forme reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in your best clinical interest. Treatment results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. By undergoing any procedure, you agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions and attend any recommended reviews or follow-ups to ensure optimal results.
3. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your consultation or treatment cost and can be paid in person, over the phone, or via our secure online booking system. While deposits are strictly non-refundable, they may be credited toward services or products within 12 months, provided our cancellation policy is followed. If a deposit is not paid, your appointment cannot be confirmed or held.
4. Cancellations & Late Arrivals
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to provide the required notice or failure to attend an appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged or deducted from your deposit or gift voucher. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled entirely. If we are unable to proceed due to a late arrival, the cancellation fee will still apply.
5. Payment
Appointments may be booked online, over the phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, which is applied toward your total treatment cost. Full payment is due on the day of your appointment, and we accept EFTPOS, major credit cards, and, upon request, Afterpay and Zip Pay.
If full payment is not received in accordance with our terms, Face Forme reserves the right to recover any outstanding fees, including applicable interest, legal costs, and expenses incurred in the recovery process.
6. Pricing
All pricing provided on our website, social media, or in written materials is intended as a guide only and may be subject to change without prior notice. Final treatment costs will be confirmed by your treating practitioner on the day of your appointment, following your individual consultation. This document does not constitute a binding contract and final pricing is determined based on individual needs, clinical suitability and the specific treatment required.
7. Promotions & Special Offers
Promotional pricing and special offers at Face Forme are available for a limited time only and are subject to availability. These offers are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount unless explicitly stated. Pre-payment is required to secure promotional pricing, which applies only to new bookings made and paid in full during the promotion period. Promotional rates do not apply to existing or pre-booked appointments. Treatment and service packages purchased during a promotion are non-transferable, may not be shared between individuals, and must be used by the same person. Face Forme reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions apply only to the specified treatments listed at the time of the offer and cannot be exchanged or substituted for other services.
8. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased either in-clinic or online via our gift voucher link (insert link here) and can be emailed to the recipient or collected in person. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable after their expiry. Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable to any third party. Vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment to be valid and are for use by one person in a single visit. Face Forme takes no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers, and replacements will not be issued under any circumstances. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotion. All treatments are subject to suitability following a personalised consultation and remain at the full discretion of the treating practitioner. If a gift voucher holder cancels or reschedules their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, $50 will be deducted from the voucher’s value.
9. Right of Refusal
In accordance with Australian law, Face Forme reserves the right to refuse treatment to any patient, at any time, and for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, cases where treatment is not clinically appropriate, the client is unsuitable, or where the safety or wellbeing of staff may be affected.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant Australian privacy laws. All clinical records, photographs, and treatment information are stored securely and treated as confidential.
11. Medical Disclaimer
The services provided at Face Forme are cosmetic in nature and do not replace the medical care or advice of your GP or specialist. Each client is assessed individually for treatment suitability, but it is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate health information.
We may decline or postpone treatment where medical risk is identified or where expectations are not realistic or clinically appropriate.
12. Limitation of Liability
While all treatments are performed with a high standard of care and professionalism, Face Forme Pty Ltd and its practitioners accept no responsibility for adverse reactions, side effects, or unsatisfactory results. By undergoing any treatment, you acknowledge and accept the inherent and potential risks involved with cosmetic treatments.
We comply with all applicable laws, guidelines, and safety standards under Australian regulations and act in good faith at all times.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, imagery, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Face Forme Pty Ltd. Unauthorized use or copying of any content is strictly prohibited.
14. Third-Party Services
Our website and clinic may utilise third-party systems for functions such as booking, SMS reminders, email communications, and payment processing.
